- In-person seating
- Saturday's in-person session (Jan 9) is limited to 20 participants (Suite 102 room capacity) at Wholehearted Impact, 330 Barnette St, Suite 102, Fairbanks, AK 99701. All vision-board supplies and a printed workbook are provided.
- Recording
- Sunday's Zoom workshop (Jan 10) is recorded for participant replay. Your camera and mic are optional; please share only what you're comfortable having on the recording. Recording access has no set end date while hosted.
- Refunds & transfers
- All registrations are final (no refunds). If you register for Saturday in person and cannot attend, your registration automatically includes Sunday's live Zoom link, the digital Vision Board Workbook (PDF), and recording access.
- Make-up sessions
- If Jen ever needs to postpone due to illness, emergency, or severe weather, a make-up session will be held.
- Registration & payment
- Registration and payment are online only, through Paperbell. You'll review and accept the Workshop Participant Agreement online before payment—we never take payment by phone.
