Private coaching with me is deeply personal. It’s gentle, yet honest. Soft, yet powerful. It’s a space where you can tell the truth, slow down, and finally hear your own voice again.
You won’t receive a checklist or be told what to fix. Instead, you’ll be met with presence, encouragement, and tools that support your whole self: body, mind, and spirit.
Each session begins with grounding and intention. You’ll take a deep breath, reconnect with your body, and focus on what you want to experience. From there, we explore what’s bubbling up and feels tender, heavy, or true.
Some days you might need space to cry. Other days you’ll want clarity, structure, or something practical to carry forward. Whatever you bring, we walk it out together.
Integration Between Sessions: Time and space to process, reflect, and begin living what you're learning.
A Safe, Spirit-Led Partnership: I don’t coach from a pedestal. I sit beside you with open hands and an open heart.
Personalized Practices: Tools and reflections tailored to your story and needs. No one-size-fits-all model.
Ongoing Support:
Email and text check-ins between sessions, because healing doesn’t follow a schedule.
6 Private Sessions: Every other week via Zoom or in person. Each one designed to meet you where you are.
3-Month Journey:
A sacred season of healing, presence, and growth. We go deep, and we go gently.
We don’t rush or gloss over things. We take our time and build something lasting. Here’s how that unfolds over three months, and what’s included along the way.
This work is rooted in love and truth, but also practical and embodied. I draw from a wide range of tools to support your healing, and we’ll use what works best for you.
I’m a trauma survivor, former addict, and young mama turned entrepreneur. Today, I’m a certified coach who helps others walk their path of healing, faith, and purpose.
This work is deeply personal. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure if real change is possible. I also know what it feels like to breathe again. To forgive. To rebuild. To come home to yourself.
Coaching is where I bring everything I’ve lived and everything I’ve learned. It’s where I show up with presence, experience, and deep belief in what’s possible for you. If your heart is ready, I’d be honored to walk with you.
Her ability to discern the underlying issues, often beyond what initially meets the eye, speaks to her intuition and perceptive nature. Jen creates a safe and nurturing environment where vulnerability is welcomed and encouraged. Jen’s own authenticity (along with her ability to hold space with empathy and genuine care) establishes the trust that makes it okay to be open, vulnerable, and deeply honest – all of which are essential for moving forward and growth.
Jen takes a multifaceted approach to coaching, using different tools and methodologies, including spirituality, practices to try at home, and the holistic benefits of things like essential oils, to name a few. Jen tailors her guidance and tools to suit the needs of each session. Jen has genuinely empowered me – and continues to support me – to navigate life’s challenges (all of which are opportunities, Jen will remind me) with clarity and in a way that is true to myself.
Jen is a bright light in this world, and she inspires people to develop a deeper understanding and embrace their authentic selves. Through her patient guidance and insight, Jen helped me along my journey of self-evolution, and if you are willing to tolerate the discomfort that comes with growth, I am confident she can do the same for you. If you’re seeking a compassionate guide to help you gain clarity, embrace authentic living, gain a new perspective, etc. – look no further than Jen.
If you’re here, something is probably stirring. That’s worth listening to. Here are a few common questions that come up:
No. I talk about God, and faith is part of my life and my work. But I’m not here to preach at you. I’m here to hold space. I’ve coached people deeply rooted in their faith, people who are deconstructing, and people who are simply curious. If you’re open to exploring with love and honesty, you are welcome here.
No, I’m not a therapist. I don’t diagnose, prescribe, or unpack trauma the way therapy does. This is coaching, which means we work with where you are now and where you want to go. We honor your past; we just don’t stay stuck there. Coaching is forward-moving, Spirit-led, and creates real shifts in how you live and show up in the world.
That’s okay. You don’t need to know how. You don’t even need to have the words. Sometimes we start with a feeling. A weight in your chest. A story that still makes you shrink. This work is gentle, and we move at your pace. I’ll help you find the language, and we’ll breathe through it together.
Then you’re in the right place. Almost every woman who’s worked with me has said some version of "I was nervous to reach out." This work is sacred. It’s not small. Of course there’s fear. But if something inside you is stirring, I invite you to trust that. You’re not too broken. You’re not too late. You’re allowed to begin.
Nope. This isn’t that kind of coaching. I don’t give you a blueprint for your life or hand you a checklist to complete. I ask questions, offer tools, and walk beside you as you figure out what’s true for you. You’re the expert on your life. I’m here to help you remember what you already know.
Yes. In fact, that’s often the very reason people come to me. They’re juggling work, kids, caregiving, and they’ve put themselves at the bottom of every list. You don’t need tons of extra time to start this journey. You just need to show up for one hour, every other week, and be honest. The rest will follow.
I’ve coached a wide range of people including parents, professionals, creatives, and leaders. What they all have in common is a desire for something deeper. They’re ready to live more honestly, more fully, and more in tune with their purpose.
You don’t have to feel ready. Most people don’t. All you need is a flicker of hope, a whisper that says "I want to experience something different." If you’re reading this and something in you is leaning forward, trust that. You don’t need to be perfect or prepared. You just need to be willing.
Yes. I never want finances to be the reason you say no to yourself. If coaching feels like the right next step for you, let’s talk about how to make it work. Just ask.
If your heart is stirring, trust it. You don’t have to carry the weight alone anymore. You’re allowed to ask for help. You’re allowed to believe in something more. Still unsure? Let’s talk about it. You don’t have to do this alone.
This work often opens doors to leadership, legacy, and purpose-filled living. It begins with how you show up for yourself.
